Cellphone Skins are relatively new products, so we figured you’d have some questions about them. On this page, you’ll find some Frequently Asked Questions about Skins – and the answers.

Q. How can I find the model of my phone?

A. Most phones have the model numbers on a sticker attached to the phone under the battery, you must remove the battery and look for it. Some phones have more than one version of each model (i.e.. Motorola Razr V3c, V3m, V3xx, etc) so make sure you look at the whole model number to make sure you order the right one.

Q. How much does a skin cost?

A. Cell phone skins and ipod skins are 10.99, Laptop skins are 25.99, Gaming devices very from 15.99 to 39.99 depending on the size.

Q. What is a cellphone Skin?

A. A Skin is a covering for an electronic device, such as a cellphone, Ipod or Mp3 player. In contrast to cell phone cases or holders, a Skin is made out of a flexible vinyl and is removable.

Q. I want to wrap my Ipod in a Skin - Are cell phones the only devices that can be wrapped with a Skin?

A. No – you can wrap your Ipod in a Skin. In fact, even larger electronic devices like laptops and gaming devices can be wrapped in a Skin.

Q. Why would I want to buy a Skin?

A. That’s a good question! When you wrap your device in a Skin, you help to protect it from scratches and other damage from being dropped and ordinary wear and tear.

Most people also buy Skins because they want their phone or Ipod to reflect their unique tastes. These days everyone has a cellphone, Ipod or Mp3 player. When you wrap it in a custom-designed Skin, your device will stand out - it is an extension of YOU. We think being unique is pretty cool!

Q. Once I wrap my device in a Skin, is it permanent?

A. No – you can change your Skin at any time – our Skins are easily removable and won’t leave glue or sticky residue on your device. Just peel it off, and wrap your cell phone in a new Skin.

Q. With all the different types of phones and Mp3 players out there, will I be able to find a Skin that fits mine?

A. Skins are in! You’re sure to be able to find the one that fits your device. If we do not have your device, you are able to request the make and model of your device by going to the “Request a device” link.

Q. Why shouldn’t I just get a faceplate?

A. Faceplates are sooo last year, and they’re rarely as unique, customizable and flexible as Skins. If you’re into HED PE, you won’t be able to find a faceplate for your tastes. Plus, wrapping your cell phone in a Skin is more affordable!

Q. How Do I wrap my device in a Skin? Is it hard?

A. Can you count to 10? It’s easy to wrap your device in a Skin – just about anyone can do it and there are no special skills required. We include a short instruction sheet with your order. The instructions are also illustrated below or click here for more detailed instructions.
